Conditions for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear

• Custom or personalized products

• Items purchased on clearance or as part of a special sale

• Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Any costs associated with return shipping will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@doctorpurifier.com with the details of your request.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
